Anchor Pearl Cotton 8
With a unique silky touch, Pearl Cotton is a mercerised, loosely cabled 2ply embroidery thread. Due to its rounded finish and combination of thread thicknesses, it is frequently used for Hardanger embroidery in many countries, as the thread lies proudly on the fabric surface to create a lovely, uniform finish. Anchor Pearl Cotton is also used for cross stitch as well as freestyle embroidery and other counted thread embroidery techniques. Being available in 3 different tickets (thicknesses) it’s also suitable for crochet. It is presented in skeins or balls which suit different usage techniques.
There are up to 206 solid shades, including ombre shades, as well as multicolour and metallic variations too. A truly versatile yarn perfect for a wide range of creative uses!
