Due to its rounded finish and combination of thread thicknesses, it is frequently used for Hardanger embroidery in many countries, as the thread lies proudly on the fabric surface to create a lovely, uniform finish. Anchor Pearl Cotton is also used for cross stitch as well as freestyle embroidery and other counted thread embroidery techniques. Being available in 3 different tickets (thicknesses) it’s also suitable for crochet. It is presented in skeins or balls which suit different usage techniques.
